Training Delivery

We provide a variety of training delivery options to meet your needs.

Classroom – Instructor led, classroom training

Elearning - synchronous training and asynchronous training. Synchronous, involves interacting with an instructor via the Web in real time.
Asynchronous, allows the student to complete the WBT on his own time and schedule, without live interaction with the instructor.

Performance OutcomesWe provide you with the training evaluation tools using our balanced scorecard process to identify performance metrics to ensure transfer of skills to optimize performance back on the job.

Facilitators
Our team of talented training designers and facilitators are available to custom design training, facilitate workshops, team retreats, strategic planning, and other planning events.

If you would like to develop your own training staff, we offer train the trainer certification programs for our courses. Once your staff has been certified as instructors, we coach and mentor your instructors until they have achieved instructor level competency.
