Nancy L. Zentis, Ph.D.
Nancy
Zentis, Ph.D., is the President of HR TalentPro, With over 25 years experience working with global organizations in the field of Organizational Development and Training, Nancy has created OD interventions in strategic planning, organizational and training needs assessment, 360-degree feedback, mentoring, succession planning, competency modeling, process improvement, action learning, change management, curriculum design, and ROI performance management. She collaborates with her clients to develop strategies to meet their organizational goals and objectives. She has worked with senior-level executives, mid-level managers, and front-line staff from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses.
Nancy holds a Master’s in Business Management & HRM and a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Capella University. She co-founded and chairs the South
Florida OD Network Regional Chapter in 1999,
with currently over 300 members. She is the current President of the
Fort Lauderdale ASTD and has held a variety of positions as
VP of Programs and President Elect of ASTD, President of South
Florida ISPI, VP of Membership for South Florida Compensation
Association, and Education Committee for Broward County Chapter
of SHRM. She is active with other professional associations
such as the International Association of Facilitators and
ISPI.
Patricia Dammann
Patricia Dammann’s area of expertise
is in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Hiring and
Selection, Performance Management, and Process Improvement
and Change Management and Instructional Design. She is experienced working with clients
to improve business/work processes and improve resource requirements,
turn-around times, customer satisfaction, employee safety
and operating costs. She is well know for her facilitation
skills, and leads workshops in the areas of Communication,
Creative Problem Solving, and Team Leadership. She’s a certified
IAF facilitator and an IAF Assessor and holds numerous other
relevant certifications . Pat holds an MBA and Master's degree in Human Resource Management, and a Nursing Degree.
Michael
Schick
Michael Schick has almost 30 years
of experience in the field of Organizational Development and
Talent Management and Training and development. He
specializes in Performance Management, Succession Planning,
Competency Development, Assessments for Selection and Development
and Leadership Development. In his career, he has also had
extensive experience in Organizational Effectiveness and Employee
Satisfaction Surveys, Business Process Improvement, Organizational
Reengineering, Change Management, Training Needs Analysis,
Instructional Design and Delivery including e-learning. Mike
designs and facilitates leadership development courses at
the executive and senior level specializing in conflict management,
communication, change management, operational management.
Michael as VP of Programs for HRTalentpro, he has worked for many Fortune 500 companies. He has worked and consulted with all
levels of the organization from front-line supervisors to
senior executives. He works with clients to improve individual
and organizational effectiveness, productivity, and “bottom
line” results. Michael has a Master’s Degree in Adult Education
and a Bachelor’s Degree in Radio and Television Productions.
Perry Alter
Perry has spent most the last 25 years as an internal and external Organizational Development consulting. As a Senior Consultant, he has worked with clients to identify their needs and customize solutions to those needs. His area of expertise is in job analysis, training impact measurement, and competency design. Perry has worked with organizations such as Agilent, Alcoa, Amgen, Blockbuster, Caremark, Chevron, Daimler Chrysler, Deloitte, Defense Logistics Agency, FedEx, Genentech, Harley-Davidson, Hewlett-Packard, Honda, Intel, IRS, John Deere, Kraft, Motorola, Mutual of Omaha, PetSmart, Radio Shack, Royal Bank, Shell, WalMart, WellPoint, Wells Fargo. Dr. Alter has published fourteen articles in industry journals, covering topics such as engagement, diversity, selection, and assessment. He has also presented at six major conferences.
Patrice Gutentag
Patrice Gutentag brings more than 20 years of managerial and consulting experience in the healthcare and non-profit fields. Experienced consultant/manager in process mapping, project planning, contracting, quality improvement, financial analysis, and forecasting. She has proven results in project/ program management and evaluation, and managing large projects involving Organization Development, Software Development and Instructional Design both classroom and online. Patrice has a successful track record for developing concepts into actionable reality. Patrice holds a M.H.A degree from Tulane University in Public Health Administration with a major in Strategic Planning and Fiscal Management.
